DRE Linear Guide
Introduction
Linear guideway is as a kind of precision linear guiding parts, it has been more and more widely used in CNC machinery, automatic production line and etc. because of its heavy-load, high-accuracy, high-speed, low-abrasion, reliability and standardization characteristics.
Linear guideway is one of our main products. After over 20 years' production and development, it has GZB, GGB, GGC,HHD,GZD,GZV etc about hundreds of specs and models products presently. We take self-innovation constantly, improve the technology, and upgrade the international market competition. After many years' efforts, we have:
Large: max. Rail 125, max single length: 6m
Heavyload: mass production of roller guide size 35, 45,55,65,85,100 and 125, max single block load capacity is 192 tons
Structure:
Linear guideway consists of rail, block, balls, return mechanism, retainer, sealing gasket etc. (see Fig-1). When the block moves in a linear direction relative to the rail, balls run along four raceway grooves which have been quenched and precisely finished. In the top of the block, balls again pass through the return mechanism into reciprocating hole then into raceway repeatedly. The return mechanism has rubber-sealing gasket on both sides to eliminate dust and keep foreign material away.
Features:
High Rigidity
The design of Linear Guide rail and block features an equal lead rating in all four directions that request sufficient rigidity load in all directions, and self-aligning capability to absorb installation-error. Moreover, a sufficient preload can be achieved to increase rigidity and makes it suitable for any kind of installation.
Easy for Maintenance
Compared with high-skill required scrapping process of traditional slide system, the Linear Guide can offer high precision even if the mounting surface is machined by milling or grinding. Moreover the interchangeability of Linear Guide gives a convenience for installation and future maintenance.
High Speed
Linear Guide block, rail and ball apply by contact point of Rolling system. Due to the characteristic of low frictional resistance, the required driving force is much lower than that in other systems, thus the power consumption is small. Moreover, the temperature rising effect is small even under high speed operation.
High Performance without Clearance
Even under a preload or regular load, the ball and raceway contact one another at two points in the loading direction, as shown. This design gives rise to a smooth rolling motion.
